This kneeling chair is comfortable as it has thick padding for the knees, seems to be decent quality for the price. Installation was mostly easy, the instructions are well-written. Good chair to support ergonomic working.

So I have been having this lower back pain around the time COVID started (and I was working for home). I essentially attributed it to me doing some heavy lifting in the yard. I also did go to the Chiropractor but it did not improve. However, I learned about kneeling chairs and then I realised it could be my posture. I bought this chair and within a day, no kidding, my lower back pain was gone. So I confirmed it was my posture. I highly recommend this chair. It takes a bit of some time to get used to but its worth the money.

The idea of a kneeling chair seemed a little odd to me and I wasn’t sure how I would like it but sitting in a chair for longer periods of time is uncomfortable on the lower back. I decided to try this product. This chair is everything it claims to be. The kneeling cushion is nice and thick. It really does take the pressure off the lower back but you will notice some pressure on your shins. Overall this is a great product and I would recommend for anyone looking for a chair to relieve back stress.

This has really improved my posture when working from home. My back is much stronger and I'm overall happier while working. The only small thing is that it puts a lot of pressure on the calves (I'm not overweight) but this encourages me to get up and walk around more often to increase the blood flow - which is actually a good thing. I highly recommend this to ensure long term health and good posture.
